Difference between windows server 2008 and server 2012 
(A). There is no dcpromo command is included in windows server 2012 ,but dcpromo command exist in windows server 2012.
(B). There is no 32 bit version is created in windows server 2012  only x64 bit version is created ,but x32 and x64 bit version are created for windows server 2008.
(C). There is IIS v8 version is included in windows server 2012 ,but IIS 7  version is in windows server 2008.
(D).Powershell 3 version is included in windows server 2012,but powershell 2 version is in windows server 2008.
(E).we can easily switch into CUI mode means core server mode as well as GUI mode as per the requirement in windows Server 2012 ,but different installation is required for both mode GUI as well as CUI means core server mode.
